My husband's Family owns 80 acres of farmland in Oregon. We are on a journey to make some money from the land, and we're excited to share our learning process with you. Herbs are a possibility after we educate ourselves about the benefits of certain herbs and how much time it takes to grow, harvest, and prepare the plants for sale. That could take a while. In the meantime, we are making the property as nice as possible. Join us on our journey. Keep up to date by reading our blog.
While we're not farmers, we've certainly honed our skills in the world of DIY. When you focus on construction and deconstruction, you're not just tearing down old structures and building new ones-you're paying homage to your ancestors. It's a process that not only transforms the landscape but also connects us to our roots.
This is year one of a new yard. This was previously a place for lambs to get out of the waether in makeshift structures. By next year all the grass should have grown, and we can plant more flowers around the edges.
The new yard before the makeshift structures were demolished. Things are so much better to look at now.
When there is so respitemuch to do outside, living tiny is a nice respit.
